B. Jones is President and CEO of A Plan For You, LLC.
Her mission is to assist clients develop the strategy, motivation
and accountability required to succeed in their business and
personal lives. She works to enhance the capacity of small
-sized enterprises by providing technical assistance, innovative
IT solutions, enterprise development expertise, growth strategies
and educational tools.
Ms. Jones' knowledge of business and professionalism is
supported by working with corporations, non-profit and charity
organizations. She has over 15 years of experience with the
U.S. Federal Government in management and information technology,
8+ years consulting experience with churches and small business
enterprises.
Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Jones has co-authored
several books, been recognized by Strathmore's Who's Who
Global Network for Outstanding Professionals, serves on
the International Advisory Board for the Professional Woman's
Network, the Board of Directors for the Berry Valley Homeowner's
Association, holds a double Master Degree in Information
Management with a specialization in Government from Syracuse
University in Syracuse, New York and Telecommunication and
Information Systems from Capitol College in Laurel, Maryland
and a Doctor of Business Administration from Northcentral University in Prescott, Arizona.
Ms. Jones has been certified by The Professional Woman Network
as a Professional Coach, Diversity Trainer & Consultant,
Wellness Trainer and Youth Trainer. She conducts workshops
and seminars that have been presented throughout the United
States and abroad. The workshops and seminars conducted consist
of topics such as: Women in Management, Women as Leaders,
The Superwoman Syndrome, Leadership Skills, The Assertive
Woman, Customer Service, Diversity and Emotional Wellness
for Women.
She's certified by Survival Skills Education and Development©
as a Facilitator of Survival Skills Programs. The Survival
Skills programs were developed in response to the overwhelming
multiplicity of needs evidenced by various at-risk populations
and because of the lack of community-based, research-based
programs built on sound behavioral principles and methodology.
