There is a non-refundable deposit due at the time registration. We respectfully request notification of any registration cancellation at least 2 days prior to the start date of training. If cancellation is not completed in this timeframe, your registration payment may be forfeited. If the cancellation policy is followed, the registered participant or agency may use the credited slot for any future open trainings up to one year.

Additionally, we disclaim any liability for: “consequential, incidental and punitive damages”; express and implied warranties, “including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose”; and any liability whatsoever in an amount greater than the amount paid by the customer or $100.00, “whichever is greater.”
